Forskning
My research concerns traveler information in public transport and the impact of on-line traveler information services on the mobility of elderly and disabled people. I am particularly interested in the impact of empowering measures, like good and adequate traveler information, on accessibility in the transport environment. I also work with research and planning projects concerning all users of the transport environment, projects include accessibility, safety, attitudes and behavior and the needs of children, elderly and disabled people in the transport environment. I base my work on both qualitative and quantitative methods and I am very interested in the theoretical context in this multi-disciplinary field of research.
