This project is the joint effort between partners from France, Norway, Sweden, UK, Portugal, assisted by sub-contractors from Italy and Austria. The work was divided into several work packages:

WP 1: Review of current policies and legal frameworks
WP 2: Users needs and expectations
WP 3: Best practices and related cost benefit analysis
WP 4: Recommendation for EU policies
WP 5: Dissemination activities
WP 6: Coordination activities

Competence Center, represented by Agneta Ståhl and Anders Wretstrand, was responsible for Work Package 2.
