Purpose
Mobility schemes, guidelines and policy recommendations ensuring accessibility of public transport to all users are defined within this project by coordinating current and previous research efforts, producing common reserch roadmaps, identifying best practice models and appropriate use of ICT aids (information and communication technology) and networks. The main aim is to encourage public transport authorities and operators to adopt innovative technological concepts and and mobility schemes that enable high quality mobility and transportation services for all as well as to provide their personnel with necessary knowledge of specific user groups.
